Trust the process...

Yes, it's been a few days since I've had the chance to share my heart with you. Oh how I have missed you all!!

Have you ever felt like you had so much going on or so much to do and not enough time? I mean, it's like you do not have enough time in the day to do everything and you literally want to just SCREAM!

Well that's what I have been experiencing lately. I have so much to accomplish on my "to do list" and time is wrapping up! About a week ago, I was literally in tears and had to ask my younger sister to simply hug me because I felt so overwhelmed.

This process that God has me going through has not been easy. Everytime I feel like okay Libby, you made it past that hurdle, now on to the next thing or either yes girl you passed that one. But no, something comes up making me realize that no, I didn't make it past that hurdle or I didn't pass the test. Isn't that frustrating at times?

Today I was talking with someone about a situation that I recently encountered and they gave me some awesome advice. They told me Olivia, you're going to have to have tough skin for this; if you put yourself out there, then you have to have tough skin. I'm learning to be stronger and to get that "tough skin"; life has a tendency to do that.

In life, I'm finding out that I have to trust God more and more and in EVERYTHING that I do! I'm learning how to depend totally on God and trust the process/test/journey that He's directing me in. My favorite scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT) in which it states "For I know the plans I have for you." says the Lord; "They are plans for good and not for a disaster, to give you a future and a hope."

God only wants what is best for each of us and He wants us to prosper because it's in His plans! So, when the rubber meets the road or when things feel like they are getting tough, remind yourself that God has the best for you in mind! He will not put more on us that we can bear! What you are going through, it's only making you stronger (TOUGH SKIN) and He's with you every step of the way!

Trust that God has your best interest at heart. Let go. Trust the process. Trust God.
