Home Run!!!

For the past five weeks I have been virtually co facilitating a new hires class with my fellow trainers. Over the past few weeks, I have had a chance to get to know those that I'm training. This week I was the designated trainer to lead certain subjects.

Today as the trainees were processing the assigned work, I had the opportunity to encourage one the new hires. As I was assisting this particular associate, I asked them did they understand what I was instructing them to do and did they have this information in their notes. She replied that she had written the information down but was still confused. I asked her what was she confused about and she said just life in general. This is what I shared with her and I would like to share it with you!!!

When life throws us curveballs, we have to know how to swing our bats to hit the ball out of the field, hit each base and make our home run.

In saying all of that, what ever may come your way, just know that God will guide you in how to handle the situation and you WILL pass the test!!!
