It's getting hot in here!!!

Hey family!!! How has your week been thus far? Me...I'm doing pretty great!!! We've said good bye to Summer and we have now entered into my most favorite time of the year....FALL!!! I absolutely love the crisp air, the changing of the leaves (colors), sweaters, boots, hot cider, fireplaces burning...ALL OF IT!!!

With the season changing, we have to adjust to the temperature to keep from catching colds and etc. We have to put away the shorts, the sandals (I'm still working on that part though...smile) and break out with the long pants and boots. At night we find ourselves adjusting the thermostat to heat the house and/or early in the morning/late at night for our vehicles. Having it set on the right temperature makes the difference doesn't it?

You know we can set the atmosphere of our environment too. Being a Learning and Performance Instructor, one of the main things that we are taught is that we as the Instructor should set the atmosphere for the classroom. It's up to us to make the environment conducive for learning and to make sure that things stay under the right control.

Worship Singer SN: If you are a Singer and/or Praise and Worship Leader, it's our job to be the Thermostats to allow the Word of God to come forth.

People who are thermostats CHANGE the atmosphere around them. People who are thermometers feel or adjust to the atmosphere of the thermostat. Do you make the environment so hot or so cold that people have a difficult time being around you or do you make it just right where they feel comfortable in your presence?

Which one are you?
